Andy,
Thanksfor explaining this. I was wondering why things (meaning downloading) changed after Service Pack 2.

Does any one--changing the subject--have the name of the person in charge of accessibility for Microsoft?

Thanks.

i have also had this problem since installing XP SP 2.
One work around is to, rather than hit ENTER, to hit the context menu key and arrow down to "Save as Target" and then hit ENTER, and your familiar "Save" dialogue will appear.

Hi, folks. I've had a strange thing occur today and should be able to figure it out, but I am in a hurry and somewhat flustered. When I try to download from bookshare.org, my computer no longer asks me if I want to save the file or not; it just dings like the download has been finished but I can't find the materials.

I know there is a simple fix to this, but can't figure out what it is. I am running Windows XP Pro. Thanks for any help you can give.
