Hi Flor. This problem does not occur in all sites. I agree with you that for
this trouble happens in websites who use java controles. I have the same
problem with all the versions of jaws (5,6,7, or the last 7.10). I hope that
the freedomscientific will solved this trouble in the future.

In some combo boxes, unfortunately when you enter them the item you land on
is assumed to be your selection. Other than hitting the down arrow key twice or
three times within a second, the only solution to that seems to be to ask the
site designer to re-design it, less Java controls perhaps. However, if this
occurs on all Web sites with a combo box that you visit, it is a problem with
JAWS7.10 which should be brought to the attention of Freedom Scientific.
(Personally, The more I hear about 7.10, the less I'm inclined to try it out!)
