Hi Donna,

I've had problems in the past like this, and found that
Winsockfix has resolved them. It's a simple enough program
to install and run and come from:- (Make sure the URL has
not wrapped - it should end in .shtml

Subject: [guispeak] OutLookExpress and Internet Connection
Problem

I am using Windows XP Home, JFW, Outlook Express 6 and my
ISP is BellSouth dial up. After waiting to receive all my
email, OutLook Express seems to hang up on the last message
and will not complete it. If i break the connection at that
point, all the messages that I have receive still stay on
the server and the next time I try to get my email, I have
to go through receiving all those previous messages. I can
go on Bellsouth web mail and after much effort and a lot of
time, I can delete all those previous messages. This is
becoming a serious frustration for me and I am going to have
to stop getting email if I cannot resolve this. Can anyone
please please help me?
