George,

Thanks for the excellent suggestion. The program to which you referred
me got all my files back - now I don't have to tell the boss I lost all
the case files for the previous semester!!

Keith

Hi Keith,

Golden rule in these situations - DO NOT do any more that is absolutely
necessary on your system.

Or go to Google and ask. "Is there an undelete in Windows XP?" for more
options.

George.

Well, folks, I've made a truly stupid mistake, and I am wondering if
there is any solution for my stupidity.

I am using Windows XP Professional, and, without thinking, I hit shift
plus delete and deleted an entire folder which I need. Does Windows XP
have an undelete feature? Would the System Restore function bring back
my folder?

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Keith
