so we agree then, if something is not useable on windows.95 it is not 
accessible since so many people cannot upgrade the os.

Hi Will,

While I certainly support the increase of compatibility to open-source
operating platforms like Linux, I'm not so worried about simple issues of
compatibility.  Just upgrade the OS.  It is a matter of understanding
economics and resource limitations.  I'd just rather see the focus on
accessibility for people with disabilities.
