That's what my son told me, too. I promise to try to remember to hit
Google first, but sometimes my memory slips.

The suggestion was excellent. We have the problem fixed.

Hi Keith,

You really must learn how to use Google. (http://www.google.com)

I copied and pasted your Error line into it, and at the top of the first
return, I got the following:-

There's more up there, but I'll let you do the hunting this time.

George.

Subject: [guispeak] Error Message in Outlook Express

I am working with someone who can no longer receive email. She can
still get online through her dial-up and can browse the web, but when
she tries to load Outlook Express, she gets the following.

Error 0x800ccc0b no, Socket Error 11001

Any ideas as to what the problem might be?

Thanks for any help you can give.
