Well, if that's what you're hearing, I'd get a 3 gig processer or faster, and 
Dell *SHOULD* have them.

I believe they do as well.  I just ordered a Dell and, though I didn't
get one of this speed, I saw a 3.2.

I'd ask the folks at Dell if they have a 3 gig processor.
I believe they do the last time I checked, but ask them.

Hi,

Is there a certain processor you have to get for Dell computers?  The
system I'm putting together has a 1.8ghz and I want to at least get a
2.8ghz or 3.0ghz.  If not, could someone recommend a good place where to
get a affordable 3.0ghz processor from?
