Hi sara 
yummy just enjoyed my lovely dinner minced beef over mashed potatoes and 
broccolli beans greeen beans caulflower carrots very delicious yummy 
I find if i am bored i tend to eat a lot more hahahahahaha 
just had tangerins biscuits and yogurt greedy sod aren't I?
not good 

Had phone call from carer she is in Blackpool with her mum step father freddie 
and her husband bobby they are in pub now all having roast beef and yourkshire 
puddings and pint can't be bad she is going to go shopping later then to hotel 
tonight for entertainment she is coming back Tuesday alright for some 
hahahahahaha 
I wish i could just get my coat on and book taxi and get tain myself but being 
blind is hard for us all have to stay in untill some one comes to fetches us 
I say to my friends now that i am in my cell again hahahahahaha 
well its true really 
me and clare use to say that to one and other on emails we used to say we are 
stuck in our cells untill carers come 

oops just hear radio manchester city just won 4 wow to spurs 
boobooboo

never hear you say that you go to your mums house or your mum comes to you 
do you both live far away from one and other?
be nice if your mum could take you out what do you think?
