perhaps you could borrow a Perkins to give it a go.

Good evening Alan. I would like to thank you so much for sending me some
of your lovely drawings. They came in the post this morning. I love them
and it's very clever what you did. My parents loved them too and described
to me what they were. I love the house or bungalow, castle, church and
train and that pattern with squares in. OH it would be so cool if I could
have a go at doing my own drawings now but don't think it will work on my
jot a dot machine which is a shame. I don't have a Perkins anymore. Thank
