I have used papal for quite a long time now.  It is linked up to your bank
account.  I started to use it when I purchased something on ebay.  You have
to set it up with a user name and password, it is very secure.  you are
asked to enter bank details and account number.  When I did this I was sent
an email with two different amounts of money, only pents that had been paid
in to my bank account; I had to log in using my email address and pass word
then let them know how much had been paid in to my account.  This was to
check that it was me and no one else trying to access my account.  After
this, the account was activated.  You can then go and transfer money from
your bank account in to papal and from papal back to your bank.  Hope this
