oh yuck hahahahahahaha insects knock me dead sick you know 
going to cover myself up in bed now tonight just incase oh yikes sound awful 

Well yes white coats do go and pick naughty boy darren up but they get fed up 
with him they send him home hahahahahahahahaha 

Hope he has raed my voice mail listened to my exercises class 
i sent earlier on 
its great 

I was dozing off listening to it myself banged my face on keyboard it woke me 
up

ann just cleaned my sink toilet bath out washed microwave done tape to friend 
washed my leather settee down  polished 

looking good now in flat 
my carer weill not reconise it tomorrow hahahahahahaha 
going to get soup yes you heard right  going to eat sensible today 

then going to wash window sills down an my door frames
