i telephoned my bank, they took details of the talking atm machine, my bank 
also does online banking and uses a pin number calculator and gives you a 
different number each time for security reasons, trouble is i will never be 
able to do online banking with this pin number calculator device as it gives 
you the new number each time you want to log in via a digital screen, so my 
bank as taken details of both the talking atm machine and the calculator, i got 
transferred several times across the country, but i feel i did my bit to help.

The template letters can be found on the rnib web site.
If you insert in the search box template letter atm campaign you have the 
option to down load the letter.
