Hi Clare and friends.
This is very interesting indeed. it was because of Heston Blumenthal that I
became interested in the science behind food and drink. I've got a good old
cuppa on the go right now but not sure how many minutes ago I made it. I'll
count next time for sure. Nothing like a cuppa to start the day or chat over
our problems.
