Hi phyllis
you go to main menue
press number 6 then number 2
go down the menue then with your bottom middle cursa key
look for yesterdays date enter it weill play
When saving a email that comes in
just raed it as normal press escape go down menue till it says
save emails enter on that and enter again
so keep trying
