Brother accused of killing ex-EastEnder Gemma McCluskie. 
Gemma McCluskie Ms McCluskie was last seen in public at the opening of the 
Royal London Hospital 
The brother of former EastEnders actress Gemma McCluskie has been charged with 
her murder.
Tony McCluskie, 35, of Pelter Street, Hackney, is accused of murdering the 
29-year-old, whose body was found in Regent's Canal, east London.
He is due to appear before Thames Magistrates' Court on Monday accused of her 
murder between 29 February and 6 March. 
Ms McCluskie, who starred as Kerry Skinner in 2001, disappeared last week.
She had last been seen on 1 March at the high-profile opening of the £650m 
Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel.
CCTV footage was subsequently released of the event showing her wearing a 
yellow blouse and carrying a Louis Vuitton bag.
Ms McCluskie's torso was discovered in the canal in Hackney on Tuesday.
A post-mortem examination carried out on Wednesday proved inconclusive leading 
police to carry out further tests.
Family and friends had appealed for helping in finding her, including her 
former co-stars Natalie Cassidy and Brooke Kinsella.
Ms McCluskie appeared in more than 30 episodes of EastEnders.
