I am not the first person to say this, but I firmly believe that if Bach had
been around today, he would probably have been a jazz musician. You only have
to listen to the Swingle singers recordings in their Jazz Sebastian Bach and
Bach hits back albums to see what I mean. They don't change a single note but
just put a jazz inflection on it. Perhaps you don't approve but try it if you
haven't.
