ah nice i feel so fresh now lovely exercises
oh did you see our Clare there doing a twirl near the end of the beach thought
she was going to fall in the sea pew wow lucky there
Cathie was in sea paddling with Faye
senn was walking on sand with her trouser leggs up making huge sandcastel
wow thanks for cheering us all up because its been very quiet on chat lately
maybe all fallen fast a sleep on their computer key boards hahahahahahahaha
