[gtk-server] Linux RedHat/Fedora binaries for libgtk-server.so

I was able to compile on FC 3 by copying:

/_TOOLS_/dist/gnu-gcc-3.4.3-binutils-2.15/i686-pc-linux2.4/lib/gcc/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.4.3/include/libffi/ffitarget.h

to 

/_TOOLS_/dist/gnu-gcc-3.4.3-binutils-2.15/i686-pc-linux2.4/include/ffitarget.h


I have no idea why the compiler can't find its own files.

I know this is not a proper "fix," but it worked for me.
