Subject: [gsis_admins] Room Reservations for Savannah
I received the group reservation link yesterday from Latisha at the Westin and
completed the reservations. Everyone has an arrival date of Tuesday, February
7, 2017 and a check out date of Friday, February 10, 2017. I requested early
check in and late check out for everyone. This does not mean that it is a sure
thing. It will depend on the expected occupancy on those days.
Each of you may have received a confirmation as I entered your email address.
If you did not receive a confirmation email and would like a copy, I printed
all of the reservations as I made them so I can scan and send one to you.
The group reservation application allowed choices as to what would be paid on
the GSIS card. I chose the option for room and taxes only. Any other charges
will be the responsibility of the board member.
I also entered everyone's SPG except Kathy Davies. Kathy, if you have an SPG
number and want me to update your reservation, send me your number.
We all have a place to lay out heads!
