We have Registrars at our schools. They are considered the data contact
for each location. However, I because of the many hats they wear, I don't
know that they consider themselves specialists in data. They still respond
heavily on contacts at the central office to walk them through data mining
processes.

Please respond as to whether you have a designated ‘data specialist’ at
each of your schools.
