I've never seen a form. I do remember Hubert taking about an accountant friend
of his that was talking him through creating our status. If I remember right
his name was Phil something. But I've never seen the form. Should we go ahead
and file it.

I corrected the issue we were having with filling up our allotted space on the
website by changing the links on the Conference Documents page to point to
documents on our Google Drive instead of uploading the actual documents. I had
to share the Conference Documents folder with everyone in order to make this
happen. Now that it is set up this way, I could actually go back and add many
more previous years back if it is necessary.
I just attempted to register us with Google for Non-Profits and was denied
because we are not listed on the IRS website. I have a copy where this form has
been filed with Georgia for us to be incorporated, but I have never seen where
we have filed with the IRS. We have an EIN, so I think it would be a matter of
just filing the form and paying the fee. I am attaching a copy of this form to
see if any of the board members who have been around a while know if it has
ever been filed.
Our fee to continue our domain is due at the end of March. If we qualified for
Google for Non-Profits, I think they would host our domain for free, saving us
$37.99 per year. We may have to go ahead and pay it this year because we may
not be able to finish the filing process before the domain payment is due.
