Good morning everyone,

Sorry I could not make the meeting yesterday. I hope none of you catch this
stomach bug that is going around. This is the worst that I have been sick in a
long, long time. Anyway, here is what I was going to share.

Projector Rentals - I have checked with several places about renting
projectors. The cheapest I found was $79 each. I don't know if this is the
most cost-effective solution.

Data Specialist on QBE Allotment - Levette really does not want to be involved.
She feels that it should come from somewhere else. I talked with Pam Smith
who is on the Education Reform Committee that is involved in looking at the QBE
formula. She said she believes that this is needed and will take this to the
committee. I have also heard through the rumor mill that some of the
allotments on the QBE sheet may be changing due to IE2 and SWSS. There has
been some discussion in the past about having a certification through the PCS
for data specialist and the state is looking for committee members. I will
pursue this to see what else I can find out.
