Yes, my district discussed this earlier this week.  I have not read the full
law but have questions already.  Does this replace the existing non-parental
affidavit?  What happens when someone comes to enroll a student and we cannot
contact the parent to complete the form?  What happens at the end of one year
when we cannot contact the parent?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
