I don't think we want to start paying expenses, even for DOE.  I do think it is 
important that Accountability is at the conference.  I don't think it would 
hurt to ask Bob if he could pay her expenses.

It has very recently come to my attention that we do not have the money in the 
budget to pay for my travel to the conference in February. I hate to have to 
cancel on you at this point in time. Is GSIS able to pay my expenses?
