Feb 2nd is just for our use so we can unload everything and get ready for
Wed. morning, 4-5 (Thursday and Friday) is the only days we will use the
ballrooms. And 3-5 (Wednesday – Friday) are the days we will use the
conference rooms.

Priscilla,
Some of the dates on the rooms don’t quite make sense to me. Why are some
Feb 3-5 and some are 3-4 and there is one for 2-5?
Is page 4 supposed to be blank or am I having more problems with my
machine? Blank pages in contracts scare me.

Attached is the contract for the 2016 conference. It looks good to me but I
thought I would let everyone else take a look. The Westin is paying the
full amount of the rental fee which is $20,400. We will need to pay a
deposit of $1000 once contract is signed. Let me know if you have any
questions.
