I think we can spare the $250. It would be nice to have it in the
rotunda and halls for the attendees

Good Morning,
We have our last meeting before the conference Thursday January 16th at
our normal place, Sticky Fingers in Macon at 10:00.
I do have something I want to discuss before Thursday. Our internet
last year cost $1000.00 which was password protected and you could get
it in the conference rooms only. They have upgraded and after talking to
them Friday they will let us have internet everywhere for $250.00 more.
One of the Vendors ask me if they had to pay for internet and in the
past they have. If we pay the extra $250 then everybody will have it
anywhere in the conference center. I need to make this decision before
Thursday so we can let the Vendors know. I plugged a few numbers to
calculated conference cost and it looks like we should be fine with the
extra $250.
