The below 35._68 is the number Newton County is using for the students working
in the community. DOE changed 70.041, etc on May 5, 2016 (after we printed the
Program Planning Guide) that the previous number is now used for gifted
students and not SWD students. As I get more information from our SWD
department and DOE, I will forward to everyone. Have a great night.
