received on it in the last couple of days.

Fun Fact: On average, we lose 11 oz of weight while we are asleep at night. I
need a lot of sleep then.

SUBJECT: CCRPI Indicators Finalized for 2012

I would like to alert you to final College and Career Ready Performance Index
(CCRPI) indicators for 2012. Although it has taken some time, the input from
our districts, schools and stakeholders has been critical to the work.
Attached to this memo you will find the final list of the 2012 CCRPI
indicators. Let me direct your attention to a few of the latest changes that
you will find of interest.

* "Draft" has been removed from all three levels of the indices.

*         High school indicators 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, and 17 will be
benchmarked.

* The high school Index has a new indicator. The 4-Year Cohort
Graduation Rate is now included on the Index.

* An additional Exceeding the Bar (ETB) has been added at each level.
See indicator 10 for high schools, and indicator 8 for middle schools and
elementary schools.

*         Middle school indicators 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, and 14 will be
benchmarked.

*         Elementary school indicators numbers 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, and 14
will be benchmarked.

* Updates on the exact calculation methodology are forthcoming.

The CCRPI Accountability Team will continue to support schools and districts
with CCRPI reports, data, and calculations. The Accountability Specialist
contact list has been revised. Please contact the Accountability Specialist
assigned to your district at the following link:
http://www.gadoe.org/Curriculum-Instruction-and-Assessment/Accountability/Documents/Accountability%20Specialists%20List%2012.04.12.pdf

Please forward this email to any school level or district level personnel who
will find this beneficial.

Your input and patience have been invaluable as we have refined the CCRPI
process. The children of Georgia are the winners.

Martha
