Okay, I have the clock set to enabled, but it still is not showing up.

Savanah-

 

For the clock, you should see it under User Config/Admin Templates/start
menu & Taskbar.

 

For allowing users to change their default printer, they should be able
to do that normally. Are you asking how you can define a specific
default printer via GP?
