Others may have more creative ideas but in the past, with ActiveX Controls,
some folks I know have used Snapshot tools to build an MSI out of the
control and then use GPSI to deliver it.

When I go to a website that is trusted it asks to install a small program.
It requires admin rights. Is there a group policy where I can enable this
for all uses from this trusted site?
