Hi Graham,

It shouldn't matter whether you run GPEDIT, or whether you load a GPO from
within ADUC. The later simply calls GPEDIT with a parameter identifying the
Policy.

By default when loading an ADM file it will load the ADM file from
systemroot\INF, but there is nothing to stop you browsing anywhere else to
get the file.

Subject: [gptalk] import of administrative templates

Hopefully, just a quick 'sanity check' re import of admin templates

does it make any difference as to whether they are imported using the local
gp

editor (gpedit.msc) or that which opens having opened a GPO using ADUC ??

i assume both GP editors use the same location for ADM's (systemroot\INF) ??
