Booker-
Unfortunately there are a ton of causes for this error, including network stack
timing issues, AD or SYSVOL replication issues, DNS configuration problems or
inconsistent permissions across a GPO. Also, I think you said it was just one
user? If so, then my guess is that its more likely something with this machine
rather than an infrastructure problem. Do any other errors appear in the System
log on this system?

- Is the time properly synchronized across your domain? (+/- 5min. max for
Kerberos)
- Do you have multiple DCs, and if so, a) is your SYSVOL replication
clean/complete? b) is this happening on all DCs, or only some/one (site
replication)? (Might wanna store %LogonServer% somewhere to see if there's a
pattern.)
