[gptalk] Windows 2003 to 2008 Migration

Hi,
Our organization currently has 5, Windows 2003 Server Domain Controllers. We
are at the point where we are getting ready to start replacing or upgrading
them to Windows Server 2008.
In regards to Group Policy, are there any concerns or issues I should be
aware of? Any issues with upgrading to Server 2008 from 2003 versus just
doing a fresh install?
Any information would be appreciated.
