Can I create a WMI filter that would that queries for a specific AD attribute
and then apply a policy based on the results of the query?

If you’re asking whether there is a GP to elevate
installation of web components (i.e. ActiveX Controls), then I don’t
think there is. What OS are you working on?

When I go to a website that is trusted it asks to install a
small program. It requires admin rights. Is there a group policy
where I can enable this for all uses from this trusted site?
