Hey James,
I do not get a "Home" folder on the desktop of my Vista machines.
Are you redirecting any of the user folders using GPO?

Subject: [gptalk] Vista: Forcing old-style My Documents
Hi all,
How can I get rid of the new "home" folder and return the old-style My
Documents folder to the desktop? My users are confused enough as it is
and I don't need a this change to make things worse.
Thanks,
James
