Good tip John. The downside to the XML data is that it does not provide policy 
"friendly names" in many cases. This is because in GPMC, Microsoft transforms 
the raw XML data when it reports it in HTML. So the XML data may not make a lot 
of sense as-is.

you can open Excell then Data | XML | Import you might have to play around with 
it to get the import to work. 

You might also want to look at XMLnotepad.
