Just by creating it, you're not actually doing anything, so I wouldn't worry
about it unless you start setting rules on it.

Subject: [gptalk] Software restriction policy
I just accidently right clicked software restriction policy and created new
policy. I'm unable to get rid of the software restriction policy. Does anyone
know how to make it go away in the gpo?
