Jason,
Just a suggestion, I had the same problem and it was due to the original
installation source getting moved to another server and the current
install was searching the registry and being referenced to that old
server for the source files.
Is this an upgrade or new install?

Subject: [gptalk] Software installation Issue
I have a machine that is receiving the event ID's below and are not
installing Office 2003 no matter what we try. It says that the
installation source is not available but it is available and over 150
other computers can reach it with no problems. Security is correct and
has not changed in over a year.
