When you say 'Priority' do you mean 'Order'? That is, you want installations to 
be done in a sequence (presumbaly you have dependencies to install before the 
main install)?
 
If that's the case then, yes. Just add the packages in the order they should be 
installed. Note that the editor will show them in reverse order i.e. with the 
last package to be installed at the top.
 
There is a utility bouncing around, Assigned Software Sequence Manager (ASSM), 
which you can use to force/re-order the sequence .
