[gptalk] Safe way to change local admin password?

Hello List,
I am wondering if there is a good way to change the local admin password
on our corporate workstations.
Laptops that do not connect regularly will not get the change until they
do but I don't think that is a problem. Is group policy a clean way to
do this?
