[gptalk] SNMP via GPO strange behavior

Hi All,
I have two unrelated domains, and recently implemented a GPO to
configure SNMP on my servers. The GPO settings are the same in each
domain.
In one, everything works fine. In the second, the SNMP settings apply
properly, but sometimes the SNMP service will fail to respond to
queries. Restarting it fixes the problem temporarily, but often during
group policy refresh, it recurs.
Manually applying the same SNMP settings to any of the servers works as
expected.
Any thoughts?
