[gptalk] Re: Registry to ADM

I'm able to view them now, but when I change the policy in GPMC to 0
is says that 0 is less then the min. allowed value of 1.  1 will be
saved instead of 0.  It then put's 1 and set's it in the registry, but
that enables it and I need it set to 0.  See the ADM below:
