Well, typically, after searching for a while before sending this to the list, I
find the answer two minutes later.
User Configuration à Admin Templates à Windows Components à Internet Explorer à
Internet Control Panel à Prevent Ignoring Certificate Errors
Unfortunately, this only works on IE7. Guess I'm out of luck on 2K.
