Not that I'm aware of, through policy. About as close as you can get would
be to enable the policy to Remove Windows Explorer's Default Context Menu,
which would prevent all right-click menus from appearing in Explorer.

Subject: [gptalk] Prevent Drive/Folder Compression

I am looking for a way to stop users from compressing folders and files, Is
there a policy I can use for this?
