Tim-
You can use GP Preferences for this. See my blog posting about this:

Subject: [gptalk] Power Schemes in GP?
Is it possible to set these values through a GP? I have some machines that
are desktop units that it appears have the portable/laptop option set. So
they go to sleep after a period of time. This makes it tough for me to
remotely administer or support them when users are not around.
I want to create a policy that will set all the machines to the same
settings so I don't have to visit all the desks. TIA.
Tim
