[gptalk] IE7 and Proxy policies

Hi,
 
Since rolling out new Internet explorer connection setting to all PC's
here (to go through a proxy server with website filtering) the tabs have
been disabled on IE7.  IS there a special group policy ADM template for
IE7?
We have also found that the Favourites option from Windows Explorer has
disappeared and I can't see how this could have happened when all I've
done is change i.e. connection settings?
