If I remove Power users rights and use default domain users rights, I can
prevent them from installing software. But I have problem with this rights,
users can't share files, folders and printers on their computer. In this
case, how can I open sharing function for all users? Can you help me?

If they are power users, then you can't do much to truly prevent them from
installing software, but you can limit it somewhat. Check out the policy at
Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows
Installer\Disable Windows Installer-- for Non Managed Apps Only

Dear All,

I have some problems with group policy. Pls help me to solve my problem!

Server: Windows 2003

Users: Power Users

- I deploy Power Users rights to all users in my Domain.

- After deploying, everyone can setup software on their computer, so I want
to prevent this action. How can I do that?

Please help me, thanks in advance.
