Is it fair to assume that the failed DC was not the PDC emulator or some
important role like that? Also, if you run gpotool.exe against the remaining
DCs, does it return any errors? What errors are you getting on the client
side?

Hi,
We have three domain controllers on our network, one of the DC failed and we
are going to do the clean up of metadata and reinstall it this week.
The issue is that group policy isnt applying for any new users.
Can someone help ?
