Yes, that should work. You probably want to put some logic into the script
so that it doesn't keep adding the same task each time the system restarts
(i.e. you only need it to run once if its setting up a task to say, restart
the system every night).

Well the task is to restart the computers at a certain time, would it still
work as a Computer Start up Script?

Not out of the box. But check out this article on creating scheduled tasks
via VBScript-you could deliver this via Computer Startup script.
