[gptalk] Gpmc.msc error - all of a sudden...

Has anyone experienced an MMC error when trying to open up gpmc.

For some "unknown" reason, when I attempt to open up gpmc, I get the following 
error:

Microsoft Management Console
MMC cannot open the file c:\windows\system32\gpmc.msc
This may be because the file does not exist, is not an MMC console, or was 
created by a later version of MMC. This may also be because you do not have 
sufficient access rights to access the file


I checked, and the file is there, and the local administrators group, of which 
my ou admin account is a part of is listed as having Full Control?

ADUC works just fine?
